This site enables you to submit a new professional photo for use in council, regional, and national publications—including ProSpeak. Please provide the information requested below. If you have any questions, contact your regional Human Resoures office.

A photograph may be uploaded from your computer or any disk, drive, or device attached to it. The file must be in JPEG or TIFF format (other formats cannot be processed) and cannot be larger than 5 MB (Megabytes) in file size. The ideal file is a high-resolution (300 DPI) color image in JPEG format. It should be a head-and-shoulders image in professional attire, as shown in the examples to the right.

Remember, personnel images are intended only for promotional use by the Boy Scouts of America. These images are not for personal use, nor may they be used in any part or element of BSA employment practices or decisions. Also, If the image was taken by a professional photographer or photography studio, you must obtain their permission to provide this photo for company use.
